✅ Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — only completing checkout does.

✅ Once you place an order, your items will be held for 2 hours.

✅ Your e-Transfer must be sent to orders@vsd-distribution.com and received within 2 hours to secure your order.

✅ If payment is not received within 2 hours, your items will be released and made available to other dealers.

✅ Payment is confirmed during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm PST) — orders placed outside these hours are held until we reopen.

✅ Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

✅ All paid orders are final.

✅ Paid orders normally ship within 24 hours.

✅ New dealer accounts begin with a 7–14 day trial period and must place a minimum of $200 in orders during that window, or access may be revoked.
